Together we are Building A Better the Role:The IT Specialist provides hands-on technology support for Voltavas manufacturing facility ensuring Team Members have the systems hardware applications and connectivity they need to work effectively. This role supports both business and production-related technology troubleshoots technical issues maintains network infrastructure and helps protect the Companys systems and work closely with Team Members and IT partners to resolve issues implement technology improvements support system upgrades and introduce new solutions that improve reliability and You Will Do:Provide hands-on technical support for plant systems production applications hardware software scanning and as the primary point of contact for day-to-day hardware and software and troubleshoot LAN/WAN wireless and other network systems proactively identify issues and coordinate escalation and hardware operating system software and system upgrades while maintaining security and system up configure and deploy computers devices applications and related Microsoft 365 and other business and maintain technical procedures workflows and Team Members on hardware software and technology with IT and plant teams to implement technology improvements and support change responsive customer-focused support while managing multiple You Need to Be Successful:3 years of experience in IT support systems administration or a related technical degree or equivalent combination of education technical training certifications and troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused knowledge of Windows Microsoft 365 networking and client/server supporting hardware software applications and end users in a manufacturing or business organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and communication and collaboration to learn and adapt quickly to new Points If You Have:Helpdesk experience Experience supporting manufacturing or production with Microsoft SQL Server Windows Server VMware/vCenter or Microsoft with handheld barcode scanners and industrial printing supporting wireless networks and plant-floor with Visual Basic or macro with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft with Raspberry Pi or similar embedded networking or other relevant technical :Bachelors degree or equivalent specialized training or certification. Technical certifications college or equivalent work experience in hardware programming application support and operations are desired.
