Job Summary:

As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our companys technology infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of all our systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information technology and a passion for keeping up with the latest trends and advancements in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and network systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.

- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and networks.

- Manage user accounts and permissions.

- Provide technical support to employees and train them on new systems and software.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in information technology.

- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement new technology solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and equipment.

- Stay informed about potential security threats and take necessary precautions to prevent them.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems.

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

- Familiarity with security protocols and best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work well in a team environment.
