IT Support Specialist

Location:Fife WA (Onsite)
Pay:$28.00 to $30.00 per hour
Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday
Three days: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Two days: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Were seeking a customer focused IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for corporate technology infrastructure and enterprise this onsite role you will serve as the first point of contact for internal employees resolving hardware software and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What Youll Do

• Provide first and second level technical support for desktops laptops printers mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware software operating system and application issues.
• Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and standard business applications.
• Support user account management password resets and access requests.
• Respond to and resolve IT service requests while meeting established service level agreements.
• Document troubleshooting activities resolutions and support requests within the IT service management system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when appropriate.
• Support conference room technology audio visual equipment and meeting room systems.
• Assist with workstation deployments upgrades equipment replacements and asset management.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Follow established IT security policies procedures and best practices.
• Support technology initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience providing technical support in a corporate IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience troubleshooting desktop laptop printer and mobile device issues.
• Familiarity with Active Directory user account administration and basic networking concepts.
• Experience using an IT ticketing or service management system.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting distribution centers or warehouse operations is a plus.
• Associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology is preferred but not required.
