As our IT Specialist you will be a trusted technology resource for staff across the organization. You will support Microsoft 365 administration troubleshoot hardware and software issues prepare endpoint devices manage technology assets and train employees on internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical know-how with patience clear communication and a service-minded approach.
- Administer Microsoft 365 including security policies groups accounts SharePoint OneDrive and account troubleshooting.
- Help staff resolve IT and system-support issues escalating to the Managed Services Provider when needed.
- Support backup and data-recovery tools including CloudAlly and Proofpoint.
- Install update test and configure software for end users.
- Maintain endpoint devices through routine preventative maintenance.
- Prepare endpoint devices for new hires and refresh cycles.
- Securely wipe devices for recycling replacement or refresh.
- Assist with IT asset management including ordering tracking and warranty documentation.
- Train staff on internal systems during onboarding rollouts projects and new initiatives.
- Contribute to special IT and technology projects as assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Information Technology Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Three or more years of IT experience.
- Experience with network hardware and software Microsoft 365 cloud environments laptops mobile device management security systems cameras tablets and mobile phones.
- Strong troubleshooting critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks stay organized and manage competing deadlines.
- Clear professional written and verbal communication skills.
