We are currently seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed.

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The IT Specialist will work from our office in Jonesboro with occasional travel to other locations as needed.

Job Description:

As an IT Specialist you will be responsible for managing the companys technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth operation. You will work closely with our team to identify and address any technical issues and provide support to our employees. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Installing and configuring hardware and software systems

- Maintaining and upgrading existing systems

- Troubleshooting technical problems and providing timely solutions

- Monitoring and ensuring the security of our systems and data

- Managing network and server infrastructure

- Creating and maintaining documentation for systems and processes

- Providing technical support to employees

- Conducting regular backups and disaster recovery plans

- Staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and making recommendations for improvement

- Collaborating with external vendors for IT-related services and support

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of network and server infrastructure

- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems

- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues

- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

- Certifications (such as CompTIA A Network or Security) are a plus
