Required Experience

8 years of experience in IT operations infrastructure service delivery or technical operations environments.

Experience coordinating distributed or international teams.

Strong understanding of enterprise IT operations and support processes.

Proven ability to manage multiple operational priorities in fast-paced environments.

Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong organizational communication and follow-up skills.

Hands-on and pragmatic approach with strong operational discipline.

Experience in multinational or globally distributed organizations.

Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure and cloud environments.

Exposure operational governance process standardization or transformation initiatives.

Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.

Previous interim consulting or transformation experience is a plus.
