This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule which includes the ability to work from home while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis Missouri.

The Portfolio Management Office hasanexcitingIT Senior Manageropportunitysupporting ourPortfolio Management Operations. The role willbe responsible forleading various levels of projectmanagement and analystprofessionals across the organization to include career planning/support training interviewing hiring rewarding disciplining and conducting performance and salary reviews. Here you will be instrumental in helping toestablishthe foundational processes weseektoleveragein driving greaterconsistencyqualityand developing a strong financial acumen in our project and program management practice.

- Transformational & Inspirational Leadership Lead and support the evolution and maturity of the PMO practices to bring our vision to fruition recognizing when adjustments need to be made along the journey.Ensure roles and responsibilities standards and processesand inalignment with the PMOs organizational expectations and encourage employee growth and leadership development. Foster a culture of collaboration execution and ownership with an outcome driven mindset.
- Relationship Management & Partnering Partner closely with sponsors stakeholders and the PMO team to align collaborate and continuously improve. Build andmaintainongoing trusted relationships through proactive communication and feedback. Navigate the IT organizational structure to gain insight and a better understanding of area needs and challenges.
- Financial Management Proven ability to lead budgeting and forecasting activities with strong financial acumen ensuring accuracy analyzing trends and delivering data-driven insights to mitigate risk andoptimizeresource allocation in alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement Evolve processes that foster visibility and strategic alignment incorporate governance and reporting to ensure our portfolio execution drives value realization.
- Change Management & Resilience- Promote an environment that advocates for and supports change. Lead in the presence of ambiguity and support teams in understanding the context and drivers behind changes such as new processes standardization priorities and new roles and responsibilities.
- Communication Persuading & Influencing As the front facing department to the organization the ability to influence through clear communication is essential. Sharing information listening to feedbackvalidatingand negotiating expectationspartneringand providing context will be a key responsibility.
Skills and Abilities
- Experience as a change agent and leading teams through organizational change
- Excellent analytical organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong ability to collaborate and partner across the organizationestablishingand maintaining solid working relationships with peers vendors senior management portfolio managers and other department leaders
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and tracking tools to include MS ProjectExceland PowerPoint
- Strong projectfinancial managementknowledge
- Proven success in working and communicating effectively within cross-functional teams
- Experience developing and delivering presentations trainingsessionsand demos
- Ability toestablishteamobjectivesand work approach; delegates assignments to manager(s) and/or individual contributors; reviewsresultstodeterminesuccess of operation
- Ability to lead by example and sethigh standardsfor performance; follows through on performance requirements
- Strong ability to effectively manage and help resolve problems and conflicts as they arise
- Strong business acumendemonstratingintellectual curiosity and ability to come up to speed on business/technology area or function supported
- Experience onboarding and managing contracted resources
- Must have a professional attitudea strong desireand ability to take ownership the ability to providehigh qualitycustomer service and a willingness toexpendadditionaleffort when necessary or

- 8 years of relevant experience (program / project management governance and decision-making business case developmentbudget and resource managementand portfolio management) in an IT environment
- 6 years of experience in people leadership to include career planning/support training interviewing hiring rewarding disciplining and conducting performance and salary reviews;Proven ability to grow and develop direct reports
Preferred:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Information Systems Management Information Systems or related field preferred
- Ability to work in multiple project management methodologiesincluding:Agile Waterfall Iterative and Hybrid
