IT Project Manager

The Opportunity:

IntePros Federal is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative IT Project Manager to lead the planning execution and delivery of technology initiatives supporting federal government and environmental program objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple concurrent projects working within federal contracting environments and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Clearance:

• Required: Must be eligible for a Public Trust Clearance - US Citizenship required.

Locations:

• Remote - some travel to Client and IntePros Federal Headquarters in Washington DC

Required Skills:

• 5-8 years of experience managing IT projects within a federal contracting environment
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multiple concurrent projects involving diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and hybrid delivery approaches
• Experience working with federal government clients and navigating contract requirements
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across technical and nontechnical teams
• Excellent communication facilitation presentation and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Experience tracking project performance managing risks and providing status reporting to leadership
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a resultsdriven mindset
• Experience aligning team member capabilities with project and featurelevel work requirements
• Skilled in stakeholder management and negotiating the delivery of customer requirements

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting environmental sustainability regulatory natural resource climate or conservation programs
• Experience with GIS technologies geospatial applications or geospatial data initiatives
• Experience supporting data modernization cloud migration digital transformation or enterprise application implementation efforts
• Familiarity with federal agencies such as EPA DOI NOAA USDA FEMA or other environmentalfocused organizations

Certifications Required:

• PMP

Certifications preferred:

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification preferred
• SAFe certification (SAFe Agilist SAFe Practitioner or equivalent) preferred
