Experienced Scrum Master with SAP knowledge to drive Agile delivery for S4HANA project.
Responsible for facilitating Scrum processes ensuring timely sprint execution and supporting cross-functional SAP teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews Retrospectives)
Ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile best practices
Track sprint progress and remove impediments
Coordinate with SAP teams (SD MM FI/CO S/4HANA)
Manage stakeholder communication and status reporting
Maintain Azure DevOps and track deliverables
Required Skills
10 years total experience 5 years as Scrum Master
Basic SAP knowledge (SD/MM/FI S/4HANA)
Scrum certification preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience with Agile tools (Azure DevOps)
Key Competencies
Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
Ability to drive accountability and delivery
