IT Project Manager III Oracle Fusion Location- Remote Job Summary
The IT Project Manager III Oracle Fusion is responsible for leading and delivering complex Oracle Fusion implementation enhancement and support projects. This role partners with business stakeholders IT teams vendors and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time within scope budget and quality standards while aligning with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion projects including planning execution monitoring and closure.
- Manage project scope schedule budget resources risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business users technical teams consultants and vendors.
- Drive Oracle Fusion implementation upgrades integrations and process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate project governance status reporting steering committee meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Develop and maintain project plans timelines resource plans and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks issues and roadblocks.
- Ensure business requirements are properly documented validated and translated into project deliverables.
- Oversee testing activities user acceptance testing (UAT) training and deployment readiness.
- Support change management and user adoption activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and IT governance processes.
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in IT project management including experience managing enterprise application projects.
- 3 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile Waterfall or Hybrid approaches.
- Experience managing budgets vendors project teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion modules such as ERP HCM SCM EPM or related business applications.
- Strong risk management problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications implementations or large-scale transformation programs.
- Project management certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications.
- Experience working in global or multi-regional environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations data migration and cloud technologies.
