TheITProduct Owner Revenue Growth Managementwill serve as the technical owner for BICsRGMtools with accountability for the solution roadmap demand intake implementation delivery ongoing enhancement management and overall application stewardship. This role will provide direction on theRGMapplicationsstrategy ensuring thetoolsevolves in line with business prioritiesandprocess requirements and BICs broader global IT strategy.
Serve as the technical owner and primary IT point of accountability for theRGMapplications pricing optimization.
Manage the demand intake process prioritize requests and translate business needs into a clear application roadmap.
Define and evolve theRGMapplicationsstrategy in alignment with BICs global IT strategy and business priorities.
Lead the implementation of the TPM/TPO tool and oversee future enhancements releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure the solution supports TPM processes and broader RGM objectives.
Manage the vendor relationship performance and service delivery including quarterly business reviews and issue escalation.
Ensure the platformremainsscalable governed and fit for purpose asthebusiness andprocessesevolve.
Key Responsibilities
Application Ownership and Strategy:Own the TPM/TPO applicationandother RGM toolsfrom an IT product and platform perspective. Define the product vision roadmap and strategic priorities for the tool ensuring alignment with businessobjectives TPM process needs architecture principles data strategy and BICs global IT direction.
Demand and Backlog Management:Manage the intake triage prioritization andtracking ofbusiness requests defects enhancements and technical improvements. Balance short-term operational needs with long-term platform strategy and ensure that priorities are transparent well-governed andvalue-driven.
Business Partnership:Work closely with Commercial RGM Finance Sales and other business stakeholders to understand process needs pain points and opportunities for improvement. Translate those needs into actionable requirements user stories and delivery plans that support business outcomes.
TPM Process Expertise:Bring a strong understanding of TPM processes and how they connect to broader RGM processes at BIC. Use this knowledge to challenge requirements recommend better solutions and ensure the applicationsupports effective planning execution settlement analytics and process governance.
Implementation Leadership:Lead the implementation of the TPM/TPO tool including planning coordination issue resolution stakeholder alignment testing support cutover readiness and post-go-live stabilization. Ensuredeliverymilestones risks dependencies and decisions are actively managed.
Enhancement and Release Management:Oversee future releases upgrades configuration changes and continuous improvement efforts. Ensure enhancements are properly scoped prioritized tested documented and communicated to stakeholders.
Vendor Management:Own the relationship with the TPM/TPO vendor and hold them accountable fordeliveryquality responsiveness service levels issue resolution and roadmap alignment. Coordinate regular governance forums and drive structured performance management.
Quarterly Business Reviews:Lead preparation for and execution of quarterly business reviews with the vendor and key stakeholders. Review performance open issues roadmap progress support trends risks value delivered and opportunities for improvement and ensure follow-up actions are tracked to closure.
Cross-Functional Coordination:Partner with enterprise architects integration teams data teams security infrastructure support teams and project managers to ensure the solution is sustainable secure integrated and aligned with enterprise standards.
Governance and Decision Support:Follow the BIC IT governance for demand management solution decisions enhancement approvals and release planning. Provide recommendations grounded in business value technical feasibility process impact and total cost of ownership.
Adoption and Operational Readiness:Support business readiness and user adoption by partnering with stakeholders on communications process alignment testing training inputs and transition to support. Ensure the platform is operationallystableand that support processes are clear after implementation.
Risk and Issue Management:Proactivelyidentifyand manage functional technical vendor delivery and adoption risks. Escalate issues as needed drive mitigation plans andmaintainvisibility to critical dependencies that may affect program success.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Finance or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in product ownership business systems management IT applications program delivery ora related role.
5 years of IT experiencemanaging and supportingTrade Promotion Trade Optimizationand revenue growth managementtools.
Demonstrated experience owning or managing enterprise applications including roadmap planning demand management implementation and enhancement delivery.
Strong experience working with business stakeholders to define requirements prioritize needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of RGM processes capabilities data requirements and decision-making including TPM/TPO and pricing
Experience managing software vendors implementation partners or third-party application providers including formal governance and performance reviews.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise system implementations upgrades or major enhancement programs in a matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management governance risk management and cross-functional delivery practices.
Extensive experiencein project management. PMI certification preferred.
Strategic thinking with the ability to connect businessprocessneeds product direction and enterprise technology strategy.
Strong product ownership and backlog management discipline.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and IT.
Strong understanding of core business process flows and how they enable broader commercial capabilities.
Ability to manage vendors with appropriate rigor accountability and partnership.
Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage implementation and enhancement workstreams.
Analytical problem-solving skills and sound decision-making judgment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative hands-on leadership style with strong ownership and follow-through.
BICs NAM headquarters will be located in Norwalk Connecticut. Scheduled to open in 2027 the new headquarters is designed to foster a collaborative flexible and modern work environment while supporting a hybrid work model.
