Job Description:
Experience
Minimum 3 5 years in SAP BRIM and at least 1 full end-to-end BRIM implementation.
Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.
Hands-on configuration experience in SOM CC CI-FICA.
Technical Expertise
Pricing and rating setup in Convergent Charging.
Billing and invoicing processes in CI.
FI-CA integration for financial postings.
Basic knowledge on Middleware and API integration for external systems.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in Agile environments (JIRA/Azure DevOps experience is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Solution Design & Implementation
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions.
Configure Enhance and support BRIM modules:
Subscription Order Management (SOM)
Convergent Charging (CC)
Convergent Invoicing (CI)
Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
Project Delivery
Participate in design workshops and prepare functional specifications.
Support full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering configuration testing deployment.
Collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF objects and middleware integration.
Operational Support
Handle incidents service requests and root-cause analysis.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to existing teams.
