Job Description

Responsibilities:

Deploy configure and install desktops laptops monitors printers and other end-user devices.
Support large-scale hardware refresh and desktop deployment projects.
Assist with Microsoft 365 deployment migration and end-user support.
Configure and troubleshoot Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 applications.
Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
Perform equipment staging imaging configuration and deployment.
Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle including inventory tracking receiving deployment and retirement.
Coordinate logistics for equipment shipping receiving storage and distribution.
Troubleshoot hardware software peripheral and connectivity issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of asset inventory deployment activities and support requests.
Work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of deployment activities.
Provide exceptional customer support while maintaining established service levels.
Participate in after-hours deployments and maintenance activities as required.
