What Youll Do
- Manage a portfolio of business clients.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Identify opportunities for managed services cybersecurity cloud and professional services growth.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Drive customer retention satisfaction and revenue growth.
What Were Looking For
- Experience in Managed Services (MSP) or IT Services.
- Strong business development and account management skills.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 cybersecurity cloud solutions and managed IT services.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting sales or account growth objectives.
