Our three divisions Engineering and Test Technical Services and Mission Systems make DTB a diverse and interesting place to work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist with upgrading and imaging company laptops
• Help organize inventory and maintain IT hardware and software assets
• Provide general help desk support including troubleshooting enduser issues
• Support setup and configuration of new equipment for employees
• Assist with routine system maintenance and documentation updates
• Work closely with IT team members on various small projects and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Actively enrolled in a college or university program (IT Computer Science Cybersecurity or related fields preferred)
• Strong interest in information technology and handson technical work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work both independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Windows setup imaging configuration or troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration or support (user setup Outlook/Teams issues OneDrive sync etc.)
• Familiarity with help desk systems or ticketing tools
• Basic understanding of networking concepts
• Ability to lift and move computer equipment as needed
