IT Help Desk Support

Capital Automotive Groupis seeking a driven and customer-focused IT Help Desk Support team member to join our growing organization. This role plays a key part in supporting the day-to-day technology needs of our dealerships and operations helping employees stay connected productive and supported. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy solutions-oriented and enjoys helping others in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone email remote support or in person

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware software network and system-related issues

• Create manage and maintain user accounts passwords and access permissions

• Support Windows and/or Mac operating systems across multiple locations

• Assist with setup configuration and deployment of computers printers mobile devices and other IT equipment

• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures

• Help implement security measures and educate users on technology best practices

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets configurations and support activities

• Create and update internal IT process documentation as needed

• Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues

• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Previous experience in IT support help desk or a related technical role preferred

• Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac operating systems

• Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to analyze technical issues and provide effective solutions efficiently

• Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems preferred

• Knowledge of IT security practices and basic networking concepts

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician or similar are a plus

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
