Job Description
Thisis anon-sitepositionresponsible for providing superior customer service and quality technical support for internal employeesandexternal collaborative business partners. The ITFEwill work asapartof ateamtosupport employeeslocatedat large construction jobsitesinRichmondVA.
Responsibilities
Interacts in-person via telephone email IM and web interface toassistusersacross assigned project sites.
Analyzes prioritizes troubleshoots and resolvestechnical issues including employee laptops and mobility devices ina timelyfashionin accordance withSLAs and OLAs.
Installsandmaintainssoftware/equipment/networks atassignedjobsites.
Responsible for creation tracking and resolving incidents and tasks inSolarWinds/Samanage.
Records tracks andauditsequipment using the established asset management system (Samanage) and processes including asset recovery atassignedjobsites.
Responsible formaintainingcompany security through established tools.
Responsible for implementing rollouts for company technology that mayimpactassignedjobsites.
Follows ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
Provides IT training duringonboardingandprovisionsassets following established best practices.
Provide relevant input for technical and process improvements to contribute and the overall effectiveness of the DPR IT organization.
Takes initiative to work with othercross-functionalIT team members to improve the quality of service.
Remains current oninformationtechnology especially mobility solutions for business needs.
Works withjobsiteteamsto design and implement infrastructure according tocompany standards.
Liaison with projectteam membersto plan for jobsite IT needs during project lifecycles.
Determines recommendsprocuresand executesproducts or servicesthatbest fit therequestersneeds within DPRlarge projectstandards.
Implementsand followslarge projectjobsite standardization practices.
Workswith service providersand trade partnersto installand implement jobsitetechnologies.
Responsible for mobilization and demobilization of IT equipment atfield offices and other remote areas across projectsites
Ensuresquality customer service bymaintainingownership of jobsite escalated issues until resolved including communication and root cause analysis.
Flexibility toidentifyobtain approvaland self-scheduleafterhoursor weekend work when needed.
Troubleshootsvarious technicalissuesas level 1 level2or level 3 support.
Coordinate and trackIT project deadlines and tasks.

Technically skilled in networking CiscoMerakihardware(MX Router Switch VPN) Networking Protocols (TCP/IPDHCP FTP/SFTP HTTPS)
Able to support video conferencing and scheduling hardware/software
Experience supporting Dell/Lenovo/Microsoft workstations and peripherals
Able to support Mobile devices (iOS/Android)
Skilled in MicrosoftOffice 365 and supporting diverse applications
Ability to react quickly and efficiently to high pressure situations
Expert in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Team player accepts & seeks feedback
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
Interact professionally with other employeescustomersand suppliers
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
Experience with project tracking a plus
Experience with Meraki a plus
Experience with Microsoft Teams a plus
Experience with Poly VC / VOIP a plus
Experience with Microsoft Intune a plus
Experience withMicrosoftAutopilota plus.
Experience with fiber optic technology
Experience with low voltage
Education
AA degreein Computer Science or related fieldpreferredor equivalentrelatedworkexperience
ITIL Foundation certification preferred
CompTIA A and Networkpreferred
CCNA or MCSA certifications a plus
ECMS (Meraki) a plus
Experience
3yearsexperienceinTechnical Support role
1 year experience ina Field Support role
AEC industry experience a plus
Work Conditions
On-siteposition. Noremote or hybridoption.
Primarily based inRichmond atlocalconstructionsites.
PPE may be(DPR provided)
Dusty conditions exist as a natural part of the job site.
This position ishourly. Overtime by approval only.
40 hoursa week
Ability tolift 50 lbs.
