IT EPIC Application Analyst Sr

As an IT EPIC Sr. Application Analyst you will lead the design build implementation and advanced support of our EPIC EHR system acting as a subject matter expert.

Every day you will lead complex requirement analysis architect and configure intricate EPIC modules develop advanced solutions perform comprehensive testing and mentor junior analysts.

To be successful you will possess extensive EPIC module expertise advanced analytical skills and a proven ability to lead projects and drive strategic improvements.

• Designs builds tests implements and supports information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs.
• Also provides consultation for program design coding testing debugging and documentation.
• Understands system options and configurations completely and can suggest and lead teams through decisions on the best way to configure and utilize the system.
• Analyzes designs and makes recommendations to improve existing systems and/or methods and provide written detailed reports.
• Creates thorough system design and build documentation.
• Collaborates with other analysts staff vendors and leadership.

• Bachelors Other in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelors degree upon hire and
• 3 years working with systems analysis programming/design; and
• 5 years of additional relevant experience: application support implementation; or
• Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry.
• EPIC Certification within 120 Days
• Beaker CP required.
• AP strongly preferred.
• Must have demonstrable and sustained experience supporting Beaker implementations. Full life cycle support strongly preferred. Also previous in-lab clinical experience is preferred.
