Required Skills & Qualifications
5 years of experience working as an IT Business Analyst supporting IT projects system implementations or technology procurements.
5 years Strong understanding of business/data process analysis methodologies and SDLC processes.
5 years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings workshops and JAD sessions.
5 years Ability to gather document and manage complex business data and functional requirements.
5 Years Experience developing process flows workflow diagrams and functional specifications.
5 years Strong analytical communication presentation and organizational skills.
5 years Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
5 Years Experience supporting procurement documentation vendor coordination or contract-related activities is preferred.
5 Years Familiarity with Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.
5 Years Documenting AS IS & TO BE Process & User Interface Mockups.
5 Years Experience in developing statements/scope of work for contracting and procurement.
5 Years Experience managing multiple projects/tasks at once; Results oriented and highly organized.
5 Years Experience in Strong interviewing active listening communication presentation moderating meetings and interpersonal skills - influencing negotiating etc.
5 Years Experience in Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare presentations and write scope/specifications.
