WhatYoullDo

Lead and mentor a team of developers fostering a collaborative high-performing environment

Oversee the full software development lifecycle (planning through deployment)

Partner with business leaders to translate needs into practical technology solutions

Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the companys software applications

Drive process improvements (Agile practices code quality and delivery efficiency)

Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and developers

What You Bring

5 years in software/web development and 2 years in a leadership role

Working knowledge of web technologies (C# .NET or similar SQL JavaScript HTML/CSS)

Experience with databases APIs and modern development practices

Strong communication problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead without being fully hands-on in day-to-day coding

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
