This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule which includes the ability to work from home while also requiring to be in person as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis Missouri.

The Fleet Management IT Department Manager - Partner Integrations plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing our partner integration strategy. This position is responsible for designing enhancing and governing centralized integration frameworks for connected vehicle fuel and other strategic data providers while enabling scalable and efficient onboarding of future partners.

In addition to partner integrations this role will oversee the alignment of standards and best practices for other key capabilities including QA Automation UX Design and Front-end Development for internal applications.

The Department Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of foundational integration solutions including defining architectureestablishingaligned standards producing comprehensive documentation and overseeing development and implementation. This role also plays a key part in shaping and driving EFMs UI development strategy partnering with peer leaders across Enterprise Mobility to ensure alignment consistency and scalability.

You will collaborate and provide thought leadership with leaders across Product Architecture Business and EM IT Solution teams to advance and refine our multi-yeartechnology will align with these leaders on priorities and investment across new capabilities optimizations and operational support based on industry and company readiness. You willbe responsible forfinancial operational and securityhealth monthlymetrics around that investment.

TheDepartment Manager ofPartner Integrationswill hire lead and mentor world-classdevelopmentteamswith the ability to not only keep pace with but also pioneer this constantly evolving willbe responsible fortalentdevelopment of engineers and leaders developing a strong partnership with Product as well as engineeringfinancial management and health (operational/security) ofPartner Integrations.

In this role you willbe responsible for:

• Expert Collaboration and Influence Collaborate with and influence leadership to directlyimpactcompany strategy and direction. Develop deep partnerships with architecture product andother engineeringteams todeliver onmajor cross-functional initiatives. Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization including executives.
• Long-range Product Leadership Execute a comprehensiveAPIstrategy aligned with the organizations goals while building and managing an amazing team of high-performing the organizations efforts toestablisharoadmapofAPIcapabilities to power the next round ofAPIinnovation for Enterprise Mobility. Capabilities must be directionally aligned with theindustrysbest practices and company priorities while also being designed for SLA satisfaction andoptimizedfor cost. Establish methods and processes for managingAPIproducts.
• Building Meaningful Relationships Build andestablishmeaningful relationships across various stakeholders in IT (including Architecture and Security) Data & AnalyticsProductand the Business. Preferred:
