What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

Education:

Bachelors degree in information systemsor a technology related study strongly preferred

Experience:

Ifdegreein related field4years direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration and support; If not degreed5years AI and App Development

License or Certification:

Certification related to Microsoft Azure SharePoint / Online Dynamics 365 Power Automate and (Power)BI platforms preferred

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Service Desk & Application this position delivers to three technical support administration configuration and maintenance for all assigned applications databases and servers. As the companys dedicated Microsoft 365 System Administrator the role is heavily focused on the installation troubleshooting and optimization of various Microsoft cloud technologies while managing special technical projects.

Division/Program Overview:
In addition to core administration this role will guide the organization in establishing enterprise-grade application development governance SDLC standards and modern cloud-based processes. The successful candidate will help mature the internal development ecosystemincorporating version control AI-assisted methodologies and vendor coordinationto directly support the expansion of internally developed applications and automation solutions.
