Position Overview:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations technology infrastructure serving as the primary liaison with external IT service providers and ensuring employees have the tools systems and support needed to work effectively. This role manages IT operations user access software licensing collaboration platforms onboarding and offboarding system integrations and supports the companys adoption of emerging technologies including AI solutions.
Essential Functions:
IT Operations & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the organizations managed IT service provider.
- Coordinate and oversee IT support requests ensuringtimelyresolution and escalation of issues.
- Monitor service levels andmaintainstrong relationships with external technology vendors.
- Develop andmaintainIT policies procedures and best practices.
Hardware & Equipment Management
- Coordinate procurement deployment maintenance and replacement of company technology equipment including:
- Laptops
- Tablets
- Printers
- Monitors
- Mobile devices
- Other IT peripherals
- Maintain equipment inventory and lifecycle management.
- Registration and oversight of devices with applicableMobile Device Managementsystems.
- Coordinate repairs warranty claims and equipmentreturns.
Network & Connectivity
- Coordinate internet service installation and support for:
- Corporate headquarters
- Temporary offices
- Construction job sites
- Work with internet service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable connectivity.
User Support
- Manage IT ticketing processes and provide first-level support whenappropriate.
- Coordinate issue resolution with the managed IT provider.
- Support employees with hardware software and access-related issues.
Microsoft 365 & SharePoint Administration
- Administer SharePoint sites and provide ongoing user support.
- Create and manage SharePoint sites document libraries and permissions.
- Set up Microsoft Teams channels and project collaboration spaces.
- Maintain organizational standards for collaboration platforms.
User Access & Identity Management
- Manage user accounts and permissions across business systems.
- Provision anddeprovisionemployee access during onboarding and offboarding.
- Ensureappropriate securityand access controls aremaintained.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate all technology setup for new hires including:
- Equipment deployment
- Account creation
- Software access
- Email signatures
- Manage technology recovery and account deactivation during employee departures.
System Integrations
- Develop implement andmaintainintegrationsbetween enterprise applications (ERP CRM HRIS project management and other business systemswithin the IT tech stack).
- Monitor integration performancetroubleshootingissues and resolve data flow or connectivity problems.
- Manage integration platforms APIs middleware and data synchronization processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to define integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure data integrity security and compliance across all integrated systems.
- Maintainintegrationdocumentation architecture diagrams and support procedures.
- Evaluate new integration technologies and recommend improvements to increase automation reliability and operational efficiency.
AI & Technology Innovation
- Identifyopportunities to improve business processes using AI technologies.
- Support implementation and user adoption of AI tools.
- Provide guidance and training on AI-enabled productivity solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies that improve organizational efficiency.
Software License Management
- Manage software licensing renewals and compliance for company applications including:
- Bluebeam
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft 365
- Other business software
- Track licenseutilizationand recommend cost-effective licensing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of IT administration systems management or IT operations experience.
- Experience managing third-party IT service providers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 SharePoint Teams and Azure Active Directory/Entra ID.
- Experience with hardware deployment and lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and internet service coordination.
- Experience managing software licensing and vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of cybersecuritybestpractices.
- Experience supporting construction engineering or multi-site organizations is preferred.
- Experience with AI productivity tools and business technology integration is a plus.

Working Conditions:
- Hybrid work scheduleconsistingof three (3) days per week in the office and two (2) days per week working remotely.
- This position is primarily performed in an office environment and requires extended periods of sitting computer use and typing.
- Noise levels in the office environment are typically low to moderate. Occasional visits to project sites may involve exposure to elevated noise levels and active construction conditions.

Employee Status: Full-time (Exempt)
Salary / Pay Range: $105000 - $125000
