IT Business Systems Analyst-Level 4 Lead (15+ Years)

Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for gathering analyzing and reporting business metrics from multiple data sources. This role supports business operations by developing reports performing calculations identifying trends and helping automate reporting processes where possible.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills experience working with large datasets and the ability to transform business requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Produce recurring business metrics and performance reports.
• Perform manual calculations and data validation as required.
• Develop reporting processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support the transition from manual reporting to automated reporting solutions.
• Create dashboards reports and visualizations for leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and recommend reporting improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across reports.
• Work with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
• Present findings trends and performance insights to business stakeholders.
• Support business process improvement initiatives through data analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in:

  • Computer Science
  • Related field
• 5 years of experience in:
  • Business analysis
  • Reporting
  • Data analytics
  • Business intelligence
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and performance metrics.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills especially Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience building automated reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Experience with KPI development and performance measurement.
• Experience supporting operational or financial reporting.
