Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems.Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. - Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science and/or equivalent practical experience.
- Ongoing professional development in AI data analysis or system integration strongly preferred.
- Work with transactional and API-based systems including reading API specs and interpreting JSON/XML payloads.
- Translate business needs into clear testable requirements.
- Collaborate across technical business and compliance teams.
- Experience in financial services payments billing or data-intensive products preferred.
- Comfort with AI-assisted tools for requirements gathering data validation or analysis preferred Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both business and technical audiences.
- Skilled at building consensus and aligning diverse perspectives across stakeholders operations compliance and technology teams.

- Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncovering details quickly.
- Able to simplify complex problems into clear actionable requirements that drive solutions forward.
- Technical Literacy
- Familiarity with transactional and API-based systems (e.g. reading API documentation JSON/XML payloads and integration requirements).
- Ability to partner effectively with developers and solution teams demonstrating enough technical fluency to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented as intended.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for requirements gathering process mapping and analysis.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for accuracy compliance and business relevance.

Pay range for this role is $80000-$110000 annually depending on experience.
