Qualifications

• Experience: Proven background as a Business Analyst Systems Analyst Operational Analyst or similar role.

• Skills: Strong communication leadership and relationship-building abilities; technical proficiency in SQL data analysis diagramming tools (e.g. Lucidchart Visio) and test management platforms is a plus.

• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

This role requires strong collaboration with business IT and leadership teams. The IT Business Analyst adapts to changing needs and helps ensure alignment across product strategy and team structures.

Starting Salary Range for this role: $65000 - $85000 Annually DOE
