IT Business Analyst Contingent (Infrastructure)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst - (Infrastructure) to join our team at Cordova. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs through infrastructure improvements and technology implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and business operations with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- 3 years of experience in IT business analysis or a related field with a focus on infrastructure
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers storage networking and cloud technologies
- Excellent communication interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques such as requirements gathering use cases and process modeling

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in IT business analysis or a related field with a focus on infrastructure
- Experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
- Certification in business analysis such as CBAP or CCBA
- Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure
