Location: Atlanta GA 30308 (Hybrid) Local Candidates Only

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)

Employment Type: W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $46/hr on W2

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). This role will focus on IT project initiation business analysis procurement support requirements gathering SDLC activities and stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working on enterprise IT projects documenting business requirements facilitating stakeholder meetings supporting procurement activities and working across Agile and Waterfall environments.

• Gather analyze and document business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and JAD sessions
• Develop Business Process Flows (AS-IS & TO-BE)
• Create User Stories Use Cases Functional Specifications
• Prepare workflow diagrams wireframes and mockups
• Support IT procurement documentation and Statements of Work (SOW)
• Collaborate with Project Managers Developers QA Architects and Business Teams
• Participate in SDLC activities
• Support UAT testing and requirement validation
• Maintain project documentation and status reports
