Role Overview:
Seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst 3 to serve as the strategic liaison between business units and IT. The selected candidate will lead requirements elicitation documentation and analysis for enterprise-level systems while supporting project rollouts UAT coordination user training and ongoing process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead elicitation workshops interviews and focus groups with cross-functional stakeholders to extract and prioritize complex business requirements

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications user stories use cases workflow diagrams and data models

Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to define project scope deliverables and coordinate application deployments and data migrations

Define UAT strategies write test scenarios and coordinate validation with business users

Serve as SME for core functional business tools; develop training materials and provide Tier-2/Tier-3 support

Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimized solutions
Required Skills & Experience:

Requirements Management: Elicitation workshops user stories use case development BRD/FRD writing - 5 years

SDLC Methodologies: Agile Scrum and Waterfall frameworks - 5 years

Data & Technical Literacy: Basic SQL queries data mapping system integration analysis - 5 years

Stakeholder Management: Facilitation negotiation conflict resolution cross-functional collaboration - 5 years

User Enablement: Technical writing end-user training Tier-2/3 application support - 5 years

UI/UX & Prototyping: Figma (wireframing/mockups) user interface design principles user journey mapping - 5 years

AI & Productivity Tools: AI-assisted documentation prompt engineering for requirement generation automated note-taking - 5 years

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology Computer Science MIS or related field AND 3 years of directly related experience
Preferred Skills:

CBAP or PMI-PBA certification

Experience leading Agile scrum teams or serving as a proxy Product Owner
Additional Details:
Hybrid work arrangement; candidates must be local to -person interviews only. No out-of-state applicants. Standard hours: 8 hours/day Monday Friday.
