Job Description:

Examples of Work

• Accountable for the entire RPA project lifecycle under direct supervision.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather system requirements conduct independent research on process enhancements and issues perform analysis and design of automated solutions programming testing and related tasks.
• May manage small-to-medium projects or components of larger projects.
• Engage directly with stakeholders at different organizational levels to identify effective technical solutions for business needs.
• Troubleshoots and debugs web development and automation workflows to ensure properly functioning process flows and progress.

Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Experience education or training in coding computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent in computer science information systems engineering or related field with experience education or training in RPA or relevant areas.
• Experience working on small to medium sized projects.
• Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath
• Familiarity with integration platforms and APIs.
• Understanding business processes across different domains.
• Previous experience with Jira and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with UiPath Orchestrator for managing and monitoring deployed robots.

Other: Consistent and punctual attendance. No remote/hybrid work position is located on-site at the Nebraska State Office Building in Lincoln.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

• Demonstrated technical proficiency in all stages of RPA development including requirements gathering development testing and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with RPA development tools and technologies in an enterprise environment.
• Expertise in working with databases and data manipulation techniques.
• Expertise in integrating RPA solutions with other systems like Web and legacy applications.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and design specifications.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a focus on achieving common objectives.
• Possess the capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues within tight deadlines particularly in support of complex automation processes.
