What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

Education:

• Bachelors degree in information systems or a technology related study strongly preferred

Experience:

• If degree in related field 2 years direct service experience with Microsoft platform administration and support; If not degreed 4 years experience.

License or Certification:

• Certification related to Microsoft Azure SharePoint / Online Dynamics 365 Power Automate and (Power)BI platforms preferred

How you will make a difference (Job Overview):

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Service Desk & Application this position delivers third-level technical support administration configuration and maintenance for all assigned applications databases and servers. The role is also responsible for leading special projects and ensuring infrastructure reliability.

Division/Program Overview:
In addition this position serves as the companys Microsoft 365 System Administrator. Responsibility entails the hands-on installation configuration maintenance and troubleshooting of various Microsoft cloud technologies to support the organizations digital workspace.
