Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for problem-solving and improving processes. The IT Analyst will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing technology solutions to meet the needs of our company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with various departments to identify and understand their technology needs

- Develop and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency and productivity

- Conduct thorough analysis of current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide support to end-users

- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement

- Train and support staff on new technology systems and processes

- Manage and maintain company databases and ensure data security and integrity

- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on projects and initiatives

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of various operating systems databases and programming languages

- Experience with project management and system implementation

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
