IT ANALYST

Job Title: IT Analyst

Jonesbororealtycompany is a leading real estate company in the Jonesboro area dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our dynamic team on a full-time permanent basis.

As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing information systems and technology solutions to meet the companys needs. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to identify and address any technology-related issues as well as develop and implement strategies to improve our overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements

- Design and implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technology-related issues and provide technical support to employees

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

- Develop and maintain documentation including system specifications user manuals and training materials

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance the companys IT capabilities

- Monitor and maintain the companys network and servers to ensure optimal performance and security

- Develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery plans

- Train employees on new systems and processes to ensure successful adoption and usage

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to IT systems and data security

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the real estate industry

- Strong knowledge of information systems and technology including network infrastructure database management and software development

- Experience with project management and system implementation

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A CCNA) are a plus
