IT ANALYST

Job Title: IT Analyst

Job Type: (Remote)

Dayton Rogers is seeking an experienced IT Analyst to join our growing team. As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing information technology systems for our organization. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop project plans

- Design and implement IT systems including hardware software and network infrastructure

- Monitor and maintain existing systems troubleshoot issues and provide technical support

- Develop and implement security measures to protect company data and systems

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their implementation

- Train and support end-users on new systems and technologies

- Document system configurations processes and procedures

- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers

- Participate in IT project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT analysis design and implementation

- Strong understanding of network and systems administration including hardware software and security

- Experience with project management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization is a plus
