Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of fifteen (15) years IT experience OR

• Associates Degree and a minimum of ten (10) years IT experience OR

• Bachelors Degree in an IT-related field and a minimum of eight (8) years IT experience.

Technical Skills Required

• Microsoft 365 Platform: Exchange Online Microsoft Teams SharePoint Online OneDrive and Copilot.

• Identity & Access Management: Microsoft Entra ID SSO MFA Conditional Access privileged access controls identity governance least-privilege licensing and permissions reviews.

• Security & Compliance: Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management data classification DLP (Data Loss Prevention) retention eDiscovery and pre-rollout security hardening.

• Methodologies: Technical leadership team mentorship project management best practices cross-functional collaboration and root-cause analysis

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Platform Governance: Leads end-to-end administration engineering licensing and governance of the Microsoft 365 platform.

• Strategy & Roadmap: Ownership of collaboration platform strategies by monitoring the Microsoft 365 roadmap evaluating emerging capabilities for business value and security fit and guiding testing staging and production readiness.

• Platform Reliability: Ensures platform stability by providing Tier 3 support leading root-cause analysis and post-incident reviews and documenting solutions that improve system stability.

• Identity Management: Manage enterprise identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID.

• Security Hardening: Strengthen platform security and compliance using Microsoft Purview and associated data protection tools.

• Solution Architecture: Analyzes business and technical requirements to design develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions leveraging project management best practices and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable technology solutions that improve and integrate business processes.

• Leadership: Provides technical leadership and mentorship within a broader team.

• Other Duties: Operational tasks as assigned.
