Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology excellent analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving. As an IT Analyst you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our companys technology systems ensuring they are efficient secure and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and analyze the companys current IT systems and processes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide recommendations for effective solutions.

- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and make recommendations for implementing new tools and systems.

- Provide technical support and training to employees on various software and hardware systems.

- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT Analyst or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of network and server administration security protocols and data management.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL Java or Python.

- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
