Compensation:In accordance with California law the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary:The IT Administrator supports the IT department with planning organization and implementing efforts toward improvement of overall computer systems.
- Schedule:Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with a flex Friday (9/80 work schedule)
- Location:155 N Occidental Blvd Los Angeles CA 90026
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by identifying effective solutions and implementing best practices.
- Perform computer hardware diagnostics repairs upgrades and component replacements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation manage IT asset inventory and assign equipment to end users.
- Deploy image and configure desktop and laptop computers while ensuring system images remain current and standardized.
- Provision configure inventory and manage all iPads using Mosyle and Apple Unified Platform MDM.
- Take ownership of all purchase orders from start to finish and submit purchase orders to FreshService after order is complete for our internal record keeping.
- Maintain hardware and software inventory within FreshService.
- Track monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets ensuring SLAs are met using FreshService.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology Engineering or related technical discipline with an IT focus.
- A minimum of three to five years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 support and troubleshooting methods.
A valid CA Drivers License with ability to travel to all St. Annes sites (Los Angles Lynwood Inglewood)
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills (verbal and written).
