Beyond event support the team creates original content across a wide range of mediums including video production animation and photography ensuring that every creative output meets Apples uncompromising standard of excellence. Members work closely with leadership business stakeholders engineers vendors and production teams across Services to deliver technology ecosystems and original creative work that meet the demands of a high-growth global organization.

As an AV u0026 Broadcast Engineer you will serve as the primary technical lead for live events broadcast productions and AV conference room operations across Apples ISu0026T Services Multimedia and Events team. You will help design support and operate broadcast and event production systems supporting Apples live events executive presentations and studio productions. You will perform multiple critical roles including audio engineer camera operator mixer streaming engineer and technical director ensuring every live event and broadcast production operates flawlessly. Youll provide white glove technical support for Apples most senior executives and high-profile external guests and serve as a trusted technical partner across AppleTV Music and all of Services. This role requires deep expertise across AV infrastructure broadcast engineering live streaming technologies multimedia productions as well as the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and production teams to deliver seamless broadcast experiences.

Leading stakeholder meetings to scope technical requirements for live events town halls and executive broadcasts. nDesigning and operating broadcast systems supporting live and hybrid events across Apple TV Apple Music and Services opportunities to improve broadcast infrastructure workflows and event as a technical supervisor and lead broadcast engineer for live in-person and streaming events including town halls executive interviews and table live event broadcast operations including rehearsal support show execution and live production workflows including audio engineering camera operations video switching and streaming all live event technical roles including audio engineering camera operation mixing and streaming and maintaining conference room AV infrastructure including Cisco and Crestron and managing the Casting Rooms Pitch Rooms and Screening pitch meetings and executive presentations for AppleTV ensuring a seamless experience for TV executives and VIP external the expansion of ISu0026T Services Multimedia and Events into new service areas including all lines of businesses within Services like Music Sports with multimedia engineers event teams contractors and vendors to deliver integrated production experiences and ensure all technical operations are executed at Apples standard of with the multimedia team to assist in producing/supporting content when needed.

BS Degree in Computer Science or other Engineering fields or equivalent experience.n5 years experience in broadcast engineering AV engineering and live event production.n5 years expertise supporting live broadcast environments including streaming switching and audio engineering with proficiency in production switchers such as Blackmagic ATEM or Sony MVS.

5 years experience as a technical director audio engineer camera operator mixer and streaming engineer across in-person and remote production.n5 years proficiency with streaming and web conferencing platforms including Zoom WebEx or Livestream.n5 years experience supporting and maintaining enterprise conference room AV systems including Cisco Crestron and Dante audio networking.n5 years strong understanding of signal flow routing and distribution including HDBaseT SDI and HDMI infrastructure.n5 years hands-on experience with camera systems including Sony Blackmagic or PTZ systems and audio consoles such as Yamaha Avid S6L or Soundcraft.n5 years experience with specialty room configurations including Casting Rooms Pitch Rooms and Screening of video encoding and transcoding standards including H.264 H.265 and RTMP for live and on-demand with intercom and communication systems such as Clear-Com or RTS in live production with LED wall and large-format display technology in live event and corporate troubleshooting complex AV and broadcast systems in live high-pressure to lead technical discussions with stakeholders and translate event requirements into actionable production ability to provide white-glove service in sensitive high-visibility supporting executive-level events and corporate broadcast designing or maintaining large-scale AV supporting studio production casting sessions or live content with streaming platforms hybrid events and remote production collaboration skills across engineering creative and production solution-oriented mindset with a passion for live production on experience in Gen AI technologies.n
