What Makes This Role Great:

In this role you will be the face of Corporate IS directly empowering our engineers and business teams to stay productive by resolving frontline technical issues deploying cutting-edge hardware and collaborating with global IT partners to optimize modern enterprise workplace technology.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-touch technical support for walk-up requests and enterprise ticketing queues managing issues smoothly through to resolution.
• Configure deploy and support modern workstations and peripherals across Windows macOS Linux and mobile devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network connectivity challenges to keep end-users productive.
• Drive asset management operations assisting with IT equipment lifecycle tracking staging and responsible hardware recycling.
• Partner with global IS colleagues on technical projects and explore scripting tools to automate routine workplace workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Information Systems Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of mainstream operating systems including Windows macOS and Linux alongside core networking principles.
• Strong practical problem-solving ability with hardware components laptops mobile devices and peripherals.
• Collaborative communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and enthusiasm for working with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Familiarity with enterprise IT service management (ITSM) ticketing platforms.
• Exposure to automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell Bash or Python.
• Prior experience in customer support campus IT help desks or computer lab environments.
