Kinsley Steels Ironworker Apprenticeship Program teaches essential ironworking skills and standards needed for the industry. 3-Year Apprenticeship Program:

The Ironworker Apprenticeship Program offers you the skills you need to become a craftsperson earning a certified Journeyman status. Youll build your skills by working on various types of commercial construction projects.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening
• Ability to pass basic reading and math testing
• Ability to travel to various job sites and out of town work
• Must have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Punctuality and dependability are required
