Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its Investment Services team. The ideal candidate will have 14 years of experience in corporate or securities law particularly with registered investment companies and advisers private funds and regulatory compliance under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Securities Act of 1933.

Qualifications:

14 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of federal securities laws
