As an Investment Funds Attorney on the professional track you will:

• Apply your legal expertise and research skills to provide accurate timely and well-reasoned advice on investment fund matters.

• Manage client engagements efficiently under tight deadlines demonstrating strong attention to detail and professionalism.

• Work collaboratively across teams and clients fostering strong relationships and anticipating client needs.

• Mentor junior lawyers and support staff contributing to the firms culture of growth and excellence.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment balancing physical and sedentary work including extended computer use teleconferences and client meetings with occasional travel as needed.

• Analyze legal issues and apply principles to specific client facts and situations.

• Produce high-quality legal work product with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain availability to meet client and firm demands including occasional evenings and weekends.

• Engage in business development and advocacy activities as required.

• Mentor and supervise junior team members fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

• Adhere to all firm policies standards and regulatory requirements.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• 13 years of relevant legal experience preferably at an AmLaw 100 or similar high-profile law firm.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients colleagues and third parties.

• Produce timely accurate and high-quality work under pressure.

• Meet deadlines and maintain positive work relationships.

• Participate actively in virtual and in-person meetings and conferences.

• Comply with all firm policies and standards.

• Primarily sedentary work involving extended computer use teleconferences and meetings.

• Hybrid work model: Regular office presence combined with flexible remote work options.

• Ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

• Salary Range: $135000 $300000 annually (dependent on geographic location experience and qualifications).
