2 years of investment funds fund formation or private equity experience

Experience representing private equity funds venture capital funds hedge funds sponsors or institutional investors

Experience with fund formation sponsor-side work carried interest arrangements or fund governance

Strong drafting negotiation and organizational skills

Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted

Sophisticated fund formation work
