The Role

As an Associateon the Infrastructure teamyou will beresponsible for supportingday-to-day M&A capitalraising andfinancial advisorydealprocesses and willleverageyour investment bankingknowledgeand sector specificawarenesswhile building upon your existing knowledgein key analytical communicationmarketingand sales skills.âEvery day isdifferentand your job responsibilitieswillinclude arange of projects and assignmentsincludingcreating financial models drafting pitch and marketing materialsparticipatinginclientpresentationsand training and will be arole modelto our Analysts byidentifyingtraining and learning opportunitiesandmonitoring work Associatespossessstrong problem-solving and analytical skills a strong work ethic and thrive under pressure.âYou willbe expectedto play a critical roleontransaction teamsand make a difference for our partner with you to advance your career goals while providing consistent transparent feedback fostering personal and professional growth.

• SIESeries 79 Series 63 (preferred and must be taken within30 daysof start date)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $175000 - $225000 annual discretionary bonus
