About the Role: The Investment Analyst will join a small highly collaborative investment team and gain hands-on exposure to trading investment research portfolio management and data analytics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial markets has strong analytical abilities and is excited to leverage technology automation and AI to improve investment processes and outcomes. The position offers broad responsibility and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct investment and fund research
• Execute trades and support portfolio rebalancing activities
• Maintain investment models and portfolio data
• Develop tools and process improvements using technology and automation
• Support advisor research requests and reporting needs
• Assist with special projects and ongoing investment team initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investments finance trading analytics or a related field
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investments
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables lookups and data analysis functions
• Working knowledge of Python SQL VBA or similar programming languages
• Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trading or portfolio rebalancing experience
• Investment or fund research experience
• Experience with AI tools and automation initiatives
• Progress toward or interest in pursuing the CFA designation

Base Salary:$70000.00 - $100000.00

Total Compensation: $80000.00-$125000.00
