Job Summary:
Everest Global Ltd. is seeking to add an Analyst of Investments Middle Office headquartered in Warren New Jersey. The Analyst of Investments Middle Office will participate in the monthly closing support the data integrity process used to ensure accuracy in our investment accounting platform as well as our internal data warehouse. The ideal candidate for this position is a highly motivated professional with excellent organizational skills attention to detail and experience working in the investment operations/accounting field.
This is a hybrid position working 3 days onsite 2 remote in Warren NJ.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Carry out the cash identification and matching process for our third-party accounting platform (PAM)
Perform monthly trade capture testing between Custody and PAM
Support the accounting platforms processing of private market activity (capital calls distributions and fair value adjustments)
Reconciliation processes for all data sources
Support the monthly development of the DataSet
Perform the monthly review of cash and suspense accounts
Cross-train and provide backup for collateral account management
Oversee the onboarding of new portfolios in the investment accounting platform and other reporting applications (eg. Aladdin)
Support investment portfolio managers both internal and external with ad hoc requests
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
02 years of relevant experience in investment operations accounting or financial services (internship experience welcomed)
Foundational understanding of investments financial markets and accounting principles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is a plus
Familiarity with investment and accounting platforms such as PAM preferred
Exposure to financial systems including Bloomberg Aladdin or Oracle is a plus
The base salary range for this position is $75000 - $90000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education experience qualifications and work location.
