Crisis24 is seeking an experienced Investigator to conduct comprehensive background is a full-time position and is based in Boca Raton Florida. Candidate must be able to obtain a New Hampshire Private Investigator : Conduct in-depth investigations in accordance with applicable State and Federal law as well as company policy Utilize a varietyof investigative databases and search techniques to locate collect and verify information Conduct reference interviews analyze credit confirm employment history professional licensing education and perform open-source investigations Organize and maintain logs files forms and reports Maintain a cooperative approach andwork collaboratively with company Recruitment Human Resources Executive and Operations teams Monitor and adhere to internal operational controls including legal corporate and regulatory procedures Prepare and format well written easily comprehensible reportsEssential Skills/Competencies:Bachelors degree preferred and relevant experienceis required Must be well versed in current technologies and open-source search methodologies Competence with MS Office Suite and other database systems Must be willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Able to maintain a professional demeanor during stressful situations Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task Attention to detail tenacity and the ability to think analytically Strong organizational skillsWork Environment & Physical/Mental DemandsWith or without reasonable accommodation requires the physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential addition to other demands the demands of thejobinclude: Must undergo and meet company standards for background screening Maintain composure in dealing with authorities executives clients staff and the public Exposure to sensitive and confidential information Regular computer usage Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment Close and distance vision and ability to adjust focus Must be flexible with the ability to occasionally work evenings odd hours and weekends Frequent sitting
