Summary The primary function of this role is to assist the with the Inventory Management process and provide administrative support to the Accounting and Billing departments that includes general clerical and financial functions. This job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus towards accuracy and attention to detail quality work performance and an understanding of the inventory and accounting processes utilized by the Company. This position is primarily an indoor office environment but the employee may be infrequently exposed to extreme hot/cold temperatures odors dust humidity and wet conditions. Eye feet and head protection may be required. Operation of a computer keyboard telephone hand calculator and copier/fax machine is required. Operation of power and/or manual hand tools may be required. Understanding of addition and subtraction shop math simple math technical reports technical instructions and business letters is addition the employee must be able to write or present simple memos summaries business letters and formal presentations.
