Position Summary: The Inventory Warehouse Specialist position is responsible for assisting the Regional Inventory Manager in the overall management of inventory control and warehouse organization and cleanliness. This role requires a reliable and dedicated professional who will be responsible for the needs of the maintenance team and its partners. Key responsibilities include assisting with all areas of inventory control. Maintaining a clean organized and safe environment within the warehouse and its surroundings.
This position will also include travel throughout the city of Cleveland.
The rate of pay for this position is $18.00 per hour (FLSA Non-Exempt).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inventory:
- Assist with the pulling of inventory for CHN technicians and outside contractors
- Verifying and stocking all incoming inventory from vendors
- Cycle counting inventory as directed by Regional Inventory manager
- Returning unused inventory from techs or contractors back into stock and ensuring all components are together
- Compiling damaged inventory for monthly reporting
- Field delivery of inventory to CHN technicians and contractors to our outside locations as needed
Warehouse duties:
- Ensuring warehouse is clean and free of all trash
- Separate all scrapping materials from trash
- Ensure all outside areas are clean and free of all debris and trash
- Ensure all tools and equipment are signed out and returned to proper place
- Keeping tool room organized to ensure all tools are accounted for
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 1-2 years of general work experience
- Warehouse/ Inventory experience recommended but not required
Skills:
- Reliability
- Great communication skills
- Computer training in MS Word Excel and Office
- Great organizational skills
Other:
- Valid Drivers License reliable transportation and automobile insurance
Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform essential job functions consistent with ADA FMLA and other standards.
