Job Summary

Role Summary

The Inventory Supervisor will lead inventory control operations warehouse accuracy initiatives and process improvements within a fast-paced automotive environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels overseeing shipping and receiving activities supporting compliance standards and leading warehouse personnel to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on detail-oriented and experienced in driving operational efficiency while supporting a collaborative team environment.

What Youll Do:
  • Lead inventory control activities including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
  • Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions
  • Oversee shipping receiving and service parts operations
  • Supervise coach and support warehouse and inventory staff
  • Develop and improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate inventory data and logistics flow
  • Support compliance efforts related to IATF ISO JSOX and safety standards
  • Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring:
  • Experience in inventory management within warehouse distribution or automotive environments
  • Strong working knowledge of WMS systems such as SAP JDE or similar platforms
  • Background in cycle counting inventory reconciliation and materials handling
  • Leadership experience within warehouse logistics or supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and automotive quality standards including IATF/ISO
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base salary: $75000$80000 annually
  • Profit-sharing bonus opportunity up to 10% of annual salary
  • Schedule: MondayFriday 7:30 AM4:00 PM plus approximately one Saturday per month for inventory reconciliation
